An Interlude from Literary Inklings

Art Meets Literature in the Sterling Signature Shakespeare Series

I no longer write about books here on The Girl Who Stole the Eiffel Tower, of course, but I do write about art and culture, so I felt inclined to do a bit of cross-posting for those of you who browse this blog but haven’t subscribed to Literary Inklings. (If you’re a subscriber to both blogs I hope you don’t mind seeing these photos twice!) The kind folks at Sterling Publishing recently sent me two titles from their new (and quite epic) Signature Shakespeare collection, which features laser-cut paper art by Kevin Jay Stanton. Being a fan of Shakespeare and an ardent lover of art I was grateful for the opportunity to have a look inside these books, and I couldn’t resist sharing my thoughts on them at Literary Inklings. You can see more photos and read more about the books (I have Romeo and Juliet and Macbeth to treasure) over here.
